Get in touch
One address, read by a person. There is no ticketing system and no chatbot.
- A correction
- The most useful email you can send. Point at the claim and, if you have one, the source that contradicts it. Corrections get appended to the article with a date.
- A resource for the library
- Tell us what it is and who it helps. Agencies, extension publications, forums and free tools all qualify. Sales pages do not.
- A security report
- Send it before you test anything intrusive and we will almost certainly say yes. We will not take legal action against good-faith research that stays within the terms of use.
- Something else
- Writing for us, licensing an article for a class or a CERT programme, or a question that belongs on the FAQ.
