Not professional advice

OutpostCore products provide general information for education and preparedness. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice, and using them does not create any professional relationship. Nothing our products output is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a prescription, or legal counsel. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read or generate, especially for health, safety, legal, or financial decisions.

AI can be wrong

Some features use artificial intelligence. You are interacting with an AI system, not a person. AI-generated content is produced by software and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. It may state wrong facts with confidence. Treat every AI output as a starting point to verify, never as a final authority. Independently confirm anything important, including dosages, safety temperatures, disinfection amounts and navigation, against a trusted, current, authoritative source before you rely on it.

Educational and informational use only

Our products are provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you use them and for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any laws governing radio equipment, food handling, and medical care in your jurisdiction.

Assumption of risk, including risk of death

Preparedness and survival activities are inherently risky. You understand and voluntarily accept that using our products, and acting on information they provide, may involve risks that can result in property damage, bodily injury, permanent disability, or death. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all such risks, including risks arising from our ordinary negligence. In particular you accept that:

offline information may be out of date or wrong;
AI output may be false or unsafe;
medical and first-aid content is reference, not medical care;
any calculator or figure requires independent verification;
radio, mesh, and messaging features may fail when you need them, and the product creates no duty to rescue you or to be accurate in an emergency.

Sold as is, no warranty

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that any product or its information is complete, accurate, current, or useful. Some states and countries do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutpostCore and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We do not limit what the law does not let us limit. This cap does not apply to any claim for death or personal injury, or to liability for gross negligence, recklessness, willful misconduct, or fraud. For those claims our liability is whatever the law requires.

Your indemnification

By buying and using our products, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OutpostCore and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise out of or relate to your use or misuse of the products, your reliance on their information or AI output, or your violation of these terms or of any law.

Dispute resolution

Your purchase and use are also governed by our Terms of Use. A separate Terms of Sale covering arbitration and class-action waiver is being drafted and is not yet in force.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Utah, assumed from the template and unconfirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
